CodeAssist (for Intellij) is an AI assistant / chatbot / copilot for programming. It generates or changes the code, given a description of the changes that you want to make.
After installing, you can open it by clicking “CodeAssist” tab in the bottom-left corner.

CodeAssist is an AI assistant / chatbot / copilot for programming. It generates, changes, completes the code and answers questions. IMPORTANT INFO: Completing code and answering questions work quite well, but telling CodeAssist to do something doesn't work that well. However, I tested CodeAssist with GPT-4 and added some sort of long-term memory, and it works much better.
